the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Schuylkill Expressway. CENTURY 21 John D. McAllister, Inc.’s first
floor location in the mixed use building provides added exposure to the patrons
of the community oriented co-tenants such as a financial institution, insurance
agency, lawyers, tax accountants, and medical practitioners. The office has an attractive reception area,
client counseling rooms, comfortable agent work areas, kitchenette and meeting

History
CENTURY
21 John D. McAllister, Inc. was founded in 1953 by John D. McAllister, Sr. who
operated as a sole proprietor selling both new construction and re-sales in the
burgeoning metropolitan King of Prussia
market. The company grew is size and
stature as the community itself matured and in 1976 the firm became the first
Century 21 franchise in Pennsylvania.
Offering a national identity, relocation services and agent training
programs enhanced the ability of our agents to meet our client's needs.
Today,
CENTURY 21 John D. McAllister, Inc. continues to be a locally owned and
independent Century 21 franchisee. The
owner is actively involved in the real estate operations and is uniquely
qualified to answer complicated real estate questions. The growing need of real estate agents to be
aware to the legal ramifications of their actions is satisfied by the
background, experience, and commitment of the owner John D. McAllister, Jr.
Broker-owner,
John D. McAllister, Jr., is a lifelong resident of King of Prussia, having
graduated from Upper Merion Area High School.
He is graduate of George Washington University and the Delaware Law
School of Widener University. Mr.
McAllister was licensed as a sales agent in 1973 and as a broker in 1980. In 1989, he became the broker of record of
CENTURY 21 John D. McAllister, Inc. and subsequently became the owner of the
firm at the retirement of founder John, Sr.
With experience ranging from new construction sales, mortgage
origination, resale brokerage and sales management, and a legal education, John
McAllister brings a lifelong commitment to excellence in the dispensing of real
estate services.

Training
Agents
are encouraged to attend the on going and regularly scheduled training sessions
conducted by the sales manager, broker and outside speakers. In addition, Century 21 Broker’s Council
sponsors nationally recognized real estate trainers to complement the in-house
training. For start up agents, CENTURY
21 John D. McAllister, Inc. has a complete ninety-day program designed to
acquaint the new agent with all aspects of residential real estate. The program is designed to help the new agent
generate an income stream as quickly as possible. Supplementing this effort is the on-line
Century 21 program entitled Create21.
This innovative course acquaints the newer agent with all aspects of a
profitable career in real estate. New
agents are also expected to complete the Association of Realtors introductory
course and the TrendMLS start up course.
CLS or Century 21 Learning System provides additional training on all
aspects of real estate.
Relocation
The
over 6900 member Century 21 national organization provides the best opportunity
to offer real estate services to relocating buyers and renters. Through the referral system established among
the franchise offices, clients and customers needs are fulfilled across the
world. In addition, CENTURY 21 John D.
McAllister, Inc. maintains membership in ERC, the Employees Relocation Council
and is a member of CGRN, the Corporate Relocation Network, a consortium of
Cendant brand real estate offices. Free
information packets and consultation is available for relocating
individuals. Agents can become
proficient in the relocation market by taking the VIP Training Course from the
Century 21 Learning System. A VIP designation is awarded upon completion.
Opportunities
Utilizing the most current
training systems available new agents are exposed to an intense training
program designed to maximize their efforts and quickly create income
opportunities. A three step program
combines the Association of Realtors "New Agent" orientation with the
CENTURY 21 Training Course Create21 and the CENTURY 21 John D. McAllister, Inc.
in-house training course. New agents
learn first hand what it takes to succeed, business planning, contract
formulation and negotiation, and proper business ethics. We have learned that successful real estate
agents come from all walks of life and bring many useful experiences to the
business. Through our coaching
techniques we assist the new agent in identifying their strong points and teach
